In Forever Alone you play as a lost kitten who, after finding their mother dead, goes in search of somewhere safe to stay but along the way, they encounter a strange spark of light. With this new found curiosity, they choose to follow it in hopes of finding something to help ease their pain.

During the course of this adventure, you will be platforming through various different obstacles that are blocking your path by using your ability to peer into a different reality. While this other reality may be similar to your current one it hides the key to getting past the challenges that block your way! However, it may also reveal different problems meaning you will need to be able to change between realities on the go or you may suffer a not so favourable fate!

While you travel through these vibrant, hand-drawn environments and listen to the fantastic original score beautifully crafted by Ramy El Baghir, your skills will truly be tested as you attempt to chase and discover what this spark of light really is.

How long is Forever Alone?

It’s about 1 – 3 hours from start to finish if you only wish to experience the story but will take around an additional 1 – 2 hours if you decide to do everything.

What can I do in the game?

You can play through the story of the game and get past all of the levels, there are little collectibles to get called ‘thoughts’, you can complete each chapter within a given time to earn some achievements, and there are two different endings to see.

Are there any colour deficiency options?

Yes, there are! If you find that a chapter’s colours are too difficult to make out, you can go to ‘Settings’ in the main menu and navigate over to the ‘Colour Deficiency’ page. From here just select whichever chapters are giving you difficulty!

How challenging is this game?

Forever Alone will present you with a good deal of challenge and some levels may take you a few tries to get through so if you’re looking for a good challenge, this is the game for you!
